The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.

~ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative~
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

~SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist~
Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers age 50-plus. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program. By earning the SRES® designation, your REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Your REALTOR® has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.

~ASP-Accredited Staging Professional~
An ASP™ is a professional who has completed a rigorous training program that teaches specific techniques and concepts in home presentation and home Staging®. This includes class room instruction and actual hands on Staging®. in a real home on the market for sale. Upon course completion, they are awarded the Accredited Staging® Professional™ Credential which allows them to professionally Stage® your home. A home which has been Staged® has market advantages over the direct competition.
